So Chase and I have been trying to be really good about working out together and eating right, it has been kind of hard seeing as I dont get home till about 7:30 everyday from work and the last thing I want to do is go to the gym and cook something really healthy, but these last couple weeks we have been doing ok, but we still can do a lot better. So we have been looking into the work out/diet of p90x. It actually looks awesome and you can do it all from home which means I can do it before work with out much hassle! So, as I am becoming more interested in it, a lovely lady from my ward tells me her and her husband are doing it and she loves it! so I get even more excited, but then she tells me about the diet... it is soooo much protein and no carbs the first couple weeks! Now, i love my bread so this might be hard for me. But I think it might work, so bare with us as I might rant on here about how much chocolate and chips and salsa im craving :)These people are basically what Chase and I will look like when were done :) hahah yea right!!!!
