The meaning in a name

My sister Lori shared this website with me about the meaning behind your name so i though it would be fun to try out mine and Chase's name...

Bold "Irish"

Charming, witty, original and idealistic you have a creative and inventive mind with great intuition. Your broad vision, perceptive powers and compassion gives you an instinctive understanding of peoples needs. You are a natural leader who has a talent for inspiring and teaching others and always display fairness, honesty and integrity. You are always seeking a new challenge for your vast creative potential.
my parents totally nailed it with that one :) hahah and here is Chase's

Hunter "French"
Sensitive and emotional you are highly intuitive and have a wonderful imagination. The instinctive impressions which you receive about people and situations are usually accurate and mean that you can rarely be misled. You have healing and counselling abilities which can help to alleviate the suffering of others. Your loyalty, integrity and belief in life means that you are much admired and assured of many friends.
I should of had the sensitive and emotional part in mine! but they got it right with his loyalty and intergrity! he also is very instinctive... thanks Lori for the great idea!

*Our Home Towns*

Over Fourth of July Chase and I decided to take our first road trip together and go down to my home in California. We had an amazing time! The week went by way too fast! It was not even close to being long enough seeing as two of the days we were there i was sick with food poisoning. Chase was a real trooper and just sat with me all day taking care of me and did not complain once! Our week was jam packed! we went to the dodger game and sat next to Larry king and his wife! it was Chase's first time ever going to a professional baseball park so it was fun!

We then went and saw the play Wicked with my family. It is now one of mine and Chase's favorite plays. We listen to the soundtrack all the time.

On Fourth of July My sister, Lori, her Husband Haws, Chase and I rode our beach cruisers down Main Street in Huntington. It was a lot of fun to show Chase where i grew up but i would not recommend cruising down Main street on fourth of July.. it was crazy!
My little Nephew Joshua was in love with Chase! He was taking swim lessons and decided he did not like his swim teacher and he would not get in the water.. but thanks to Chase ( who used to teach swim lessons and was a life guard) he taught little Joshua how to swim! now whenever Joshua sees me he always asks where Chase is.. its too cute :)
Chase and I also had to hit up Disneyland! This is one of my favorite places. I loved it.. We had a lot of fun there and we got to go to the new California Adventure Park there. I have never been before but i highly recommend it. The Tower of Terror was freaky!

Instead of making the whole eight hour drive, Chase's sister and brother in law were nice enough to let us stay at there house in Vegas. It was a lot of fun staying up late with them and playing cards. His little niece Madison is also the cutest thing ever! she just turned one when we went to visit and is the entertainer of the family and it the cutest dresser!

We went to New Mexico at the end of August. It was so much fun. I have never been to New Mexico before and Chase's family was nice enough to show me around. They have the best food there! no wonder why Chase is always talking about the food from New Mexico.. His parents showed me the Aztec Ruins. This was a really neat experience. It was fun trying to squeeze through the little door ways and really funny to watch the boys try to get through them.I really loved being there and spending time with the Hathaway family.

On Easter morning as i was going out the door to go to church i found a little present on my door step, It was a Easter Basket from Mr. Chaser, here is a picture of the basket Chase got me.

It was an amazing day and i also surprised him with his own little Easter basket..
We also had some friends over and we dyed some Easter eggs.. even though we were both away from our families we had a lot of fun spending it together.

*Our first few months*

When Chase and I started dating we loved doing things with other couples and taking lots of pictures..Here are some pictures documenting our first couple of months of dating..

My girlfriends and I decided to put on a Murder Mystery Dinner night and the theme was "Lethal luau". This was a really fun night, we had to dress up and come as a certain character. Chase was a Nerdy Tourist and i was a Hawaiian Model

Another fun night we decided to go to the Nickle Arcade.. all I have to say is that i kicked Chase's butt in almost every game!
If u know Chase and I well, then you know we love to eat.. so here are some pictures of us having a BBQ in the park up the Provo Canyon. It is a beautiful Park

And again here is another date we had envolving food. Chase and I went and saw the movie No Reservations( which by the way is amazing) and it gave us a great idea to one night have a make your own pizza night! so i got some pizza dough from my work and we made some amazing pizzas. I think we should drop out of school and open our own little pizzaria Haha :)

*Where it all Began*

Chase and I have decided to create a blog in order to keep in touch with all our families and close friends. So here is a little back ground information on both of us...

Chase is 23 and is from Farmington New Mexico. He graduated from Kirtland High School in 2003 and did a semester at San Juan College before going on his mission to Peru, Lima North. He got back in April 2006 and attended BYU for summer school. He then went to BYU Idaho for Fall semester but decided to come back to BYU for Winter term and is majoring in Construction Management and Business Management. It is a good thing he decided to come back to Provo because this is when we met...

I am 23 ( three weeks older then Chase :) ) and from Orange County California. I graduated from Marina High school in 2002 and attend Golden West Community College for a year before deciding to move to Provo in august 2003. I am a student at UVSC and majoring in Communications and Public Relations. I work as a waitress at Carrabbas and have been there for over a year now.
